Founded by Zachary Casada and partnered with Daniel Aparicio, Kingdom Craft Homes is a faith-driven construction company built on five generations of craftsmanship. We specialize in residential redevelopments and fix-and-flip remodels, delivering high-quality homes from foundation to finish.

As a U.S. Army Veteran and fifth-generation builder, Zachary—together with Daniel—leads every project with integrity, transparency, timeliness, and collaboration. Our approach is hands-on, detail-focused, and rooted in strong communication from start to finish.
